退換貨條款/Refund Policy
台灣國內含外島地區
注意事項:
1.商品尺寸皆是平面測量,但棉質衣服會有彈性,因此1cm~5cm誤差視為正常,以實際商品尺寸為準。
2.商品顏色會因每個人電腦螢幕設定差異而略有不同,以實際顏色為準。
3.易碎商品(CD透明殼、擺飾)我們會在包裝上以充填物、氣泡紙、廢紙、塑膠袋..等等加強運送過程中的保護。所有擺飾商品大部份有附原廠盒子內含客製化保麗龍。唱片黑膠有客製化的盒子寄送。唱片CD透明殼,寄送前如有破損,我們會一起寄新的CD透明殼給您,如果您收到CD時沒有新的透明殼,代表是寄送過程中所造成的,我們不再另外寄透明殼給您。
4.消保法規定的七天鑑賞期,非試用(穿)期,並不是讓消費者試用喜歡不喜歡或適合不適合,而是提供消費者檢查購買產品是否完好,請不要當奧客!
無法退換:
1.超過法定7天退貨期限。
2.商品已經剪除標牌、下水洗滌、污損磨損、殘留非商品本身氣味(ex.香水、體味、菸味、洗劑、放在包包裡的殘留味)、已在商品上加工(非商品原樣)
3.基於安全和衛生考量,貼身用品如上衣類,襪子類、帽類等商品。
4.因每個人的身材比例、體態不相同,無法因不合適或與model穿拍展示有落差退換。
5.無法因個人顏色喜好、版型...等問題退換
6.任何人為造成的瑕疵破損,若買家自行破壞毀損後,以瑕疵做為退換貨理由,我們往後有權拒絕為買家服務!
7.贈品、出清品、優惠商品。
瑕疵商品:
1.請收到商品後請盡快寄出瑕疵照片到我們聯絡信箱pubmetal@gmail.com(以投遞成功日計算),註明瑕疵地方,並附上訂單編號與會員帳號,我們會盡快與您聯絡,若超過法定七日鑑賞期恕不受理。
2.瑕疵商品一律是同款商品做更換,無法直接退款! 如果商品已斷貨,可以更換其他同價值或更高價位的商品補差價。
寄錯商品:
1.出貨時造成的失誤,造成您的不便與困擾真的非常抱歉!請於3日內與我們聯絡(以投遞成功日計算)。
2.收到您寄回的商品後會盡快寄出正確的商品並付上郵資給您。
更換尺寸:
1.來回運費需由買家自行負擔,更換前來信詢問,不接受自行寄回!
*退換貨之商品的吊牌、配件以及包裝需完整寄回,包裝盒(袋)屬於商品的一部分,如要辦理退換貨,請務必保持包裝盒(袋)完整。
*商品一經剪除標牌、下水洗滌、污損磨損、殘留非商品本身氣味(ex.香水、體味、菸味、洗劑)、已在商品上加工(非商品原樣)等 恕無法受理退換貨申請。
2.同件商品只能更換一次尺寸,請務必確認您適合的尺寸喔!
退款方式:
1.請將訂單編號、退款商品名稱寄到我們的聯絡信箱。我們收到原商品後,會把退款金額以回饋金額方式退到您的會員帳號裡,方可下次消費時使用,退款作業3個工作天內不含店休日,退款完成後會通知請您查收。
2.退款金額不包含任何購買中支付的手續費、運費。只退您購買的商品總金額。
3.退款金額以回饋金額方式退到您的會員帳號裡,下次消費時可使用,僅限於本網站使用 。
4.如果是易碎商品,請包裝好再退寄給我們,以免造成二次損壞。如果有此情況發生,恕無法全額退款。
超商取貨付款未領:
1.選擇超商取貨付款者,如七日內未到該超商領取並付款,會造成我們營業損失、運費損失、包裝費、金(物)流平台服務費用、與人工處理費。
2.商品從收件人超商門市退回原寄件門市時,我們會以手機、EMAIL或任何可聯絡方式通知應賠償的費用,如這段期間未回應或已讀不回,我們將採取法律途徑解決。
3.中華民國刑法"第 355 條 意圖損害他人,以詐術使本人或第三人為財產上之處分,致生財產上之損害者,處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或五百元以下罰金。"如有必要時,也將提出民事賠償。
(*因為一些不肖份子不取貨造成我們損失,選擇超商取貨付款者下單後,我們會與您聯絡再次確認訂單,如有察覺異狀我們保有取消不出貨的權利)

Returns and shipping costs are not accepted unless the error is our responsibility (i.e. the wrong shirt size or wrong product was sent). If you receive a shirt that you ordered but does not fit and wish to swap it, shipping for the return and the outward order are your responsibility.
-In the case of refund,we only refund the cost of the items you purchased and NOT THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST and Payment processing fees , Except the responsibility was our .
-The Refund always go to your Available Credit,This refers to whatever method you paid, the refund will be refunded to your Available Credit, which you can see it when login your account. You can use it on next order or any time.
-All orders are very CAREFULLY packaged with good protection!!
-We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, and damaged orders!
-We generally don't accept returns or exchanges - very few exceptions are ever made.
-We can't accept responsibility for lost or stolen payments.
-We accept no responsibility for the condition of merchandise upon it's arrival in you hands. This disclaimer is mostly directed towards Vinyl LPs, etc. If you're concerned about the condition contact us BEFORE paying for your order. We do our best to insist on receiving mint/excellent condition items from our suppliers and often times if an LP has some jacket damage we post a disclaimer and photo of any such damage. Items are shipped in the exact same condition as received from our suppliers!.
-We are not responsible for the payment of custom's duties, fees and taxes to any foreign country. We can mark shipments "Personal Gift" on customs forms, and we will adjust the value of the items in the shipments. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials. Due to if our merchandise is not allowed in your country, shipment info wrong for your side or Postman can't contact you and it will be return to our hand. In this case of returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
